Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 211817-42-4 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 2,1,1,8,1 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 211817-42:
(8*2)+(7*1)+(6*1)+(5*8)+(4*1)+(3*7)+(2*4)+(1*2)=104
104 % 10 = 4
So 211817-42-4 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of germylcopper compounds by hydride method. Crystal structure of (C6F5)3GeCu(PPh3)2

Orlov, Nikolay A.,Bochkarev, Leonid N.,Nikitinsky, Alexander V.,Kropotova, Valentina Yu.,Zakharov, Lev N.,Fukin, Georgy K.,Khorshev, Stanislav Ya.

, p. 21 - 25 (1998)

Germylcopper compounds Ph3GeCu(PPh3)3 (1) and (C6F5)3GeCu(PPh3)2 (2) were synthesized by reaction of organogermanium hydrides R3GeH (R=Ph, C6F5) with t-BuOCu in the presence of PPh3. The crystal structure of 2 and its analogous {(C6F5)3GeCu(PPh3)2}(THF) 2 (3) with two additional solvate THF molecules have been determined by X-ray diffraction method. In both 2 and 3 crystals the Cu atom is bonded to the Ge atom of (C6F5)3Ge group and the two P atoms of PPh3 ligands and have a slightly distorted planar-trigonal environments. The Cu-Ge distances are 2.370(2), 2.382(2) A in 2 (for two independent molecules) and 2.348(1) A in 3.
