A series of 5-[(Z)-(4-(2-(E)-arylidene)hydrazonosulfonylbenzylidene)]- 2,4-imidazolidinediones 6a h and 5-[(Z)-(4-(2-β-D- glycopyranosyl)hydrazinosulfonylbenzylidene)]-2,4-imidazolidinediones 10a j were synthesized via two different routes. The compounds did not display any antiviral and antitumoral activity.
