ORGANOTIN CLUSTERS, SOLUTIONS OF ORGANOTIN CLUSTERS, AND APPLICATION TO HIGH RESOLUTION PATTERNING
-
Paragraph 0053; 0054, (2019/06/07)
Organotin clusters are described with the formula R3Sn3(O2CR′)5-x(OH)2+x(μ3-O) with 0≤x2; R=branched or cycloalkyl with 1 to 31 carbon atoms; R′═H or alkyl with 1 to 20 carbon atoms. Three
TIN DODECAMERS AND RADIATION PATTERNABLE COATINGS WITH STRONG EUV ABSORPTION
-
Paragraph 0066, (2019/10/20)
Patterning compositions are described based on organo tin dodecamers with hydrocarbyl ligands, oxo ligands, hydroxo ligands and carboxylato ligands. Alternative dodecamer embodiments have organo tin ligands in place of hydrocarbyl ligands. The organo tin
Transmetalation of tetraalkynyltin compounds with Grignard reagents: Access to mono- and dialkyltin products

, p. 402 - 404 (2007/10/03)
Monoalkyltrialkynyl- and dialkyldialkynyltin compounds can be selectively synthesized by transmetalation of tetraalkynyltin compounds with Grignard reagents; an example is given in Equation (1). This reaction provides a route to mono- and dialkyltin compounds that avoids the use of strongly electrophilic reagents. The labile tin-alkynyl bonds allow the transmetalation products to be converted into alkyltin oxides, chlorides, and alkoxides.
