Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 222170-69-6 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 2,2,2,1,7 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 222170-69:
(8*2)+(7*2)+(6*2)+(5*1)+(4*7)+(3*0)+(2*6)+(1*9)=96
96 % 10 = 6
So 222170-69-6 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

CuI nanoparticles supported on a novel polymer-layered double hydroxide nanocomposite: an efficient heterogeneous nanocatalyst for the synthesis of bis-N-arylsulfonamides

Alavinia, Sedigheh,Babamoradi, Jamshid,Ghorbani-Vaghei, Ramin

, p. 19147 - 19157 (2021)

A new type of polymer-layered double hydroxide nanocomposite bearing thiazole moieties was used to support CuI nanoparticles (NPs) as a heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of bis-N-arylsulfonamides. The prepared nanostructured catalyst (LDH@MPS-GMA-TZ-CuI) showed high catalytic activity, as well as excellent recyclability for the preparation of bis-N-arylsulfonamidesviathe chemoselective reaction of 1,3-disulfonyl chloride and nitroarenes. The superior catalytic activity of the LDH@MPS-GMA-TZ-CuI is related to the high loading of CuI NPs and favorable surface properties.

Eagle, Cassandra T.,Kavallieratos, Konstantinos,Bryan, Jeffrey C.

, p. 165 - 170 (2002)

The structure of N,N′-diphenyl-1,3-benzenedisulfonamide (1) was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in P2 1/n with cell dimensions: a = 11.8390(6) A, b = 12.3950(10) A, c = 12.1184(10) A, β = 94.388(6)°, and V = 1773

Alba, Aurelie,Schopp, Aurelia,De Sousa Delgado, Anne-Paula,Cherif-Cheikh, Roland,MartiN-Vaca, Blanca,Bourissou, Didier

experimental part, p. 959 - 965 (2010/12/18)

The bis-sulfonamide m-C6H4(SO2NHPh) 2 efficiently promotes the ring-opening polymerization of lactide when combined with tertiary amines, such as N,N-dimethylamino-pyridine. Polylactides of controlled molecular weights (Mn up to 17,700 g moT-1) and very narrow molecular weight distributions (M w/Mn 2NHAr) moieties.
