Synthesis method of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide methyl iodide

The invention relates to a synthesis method of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl) carbodiimide methyl iodide, comprising the following steps: step 1, adding 4.3 kilograms of a dichloromethane solventto a reaction kettle, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)-carbodiimide and uniformly stirring, cooling a mixed solution to be below a set temperature 15 DEG C, to obtain a mixed solution A; step2, dripping methyl iodide into the mixed solution A, controlling the reaction temperature of the mixed solution A and methyl iodide to be 15 DEG C-25 DEG C, dripping methyl iodide, then continuing reaction for 1 hour, wherein the reaction temperature is controlled to be below 25 DEG C, so as to obtain a mixed solution B; step 3, adding a petroleum ether solvent into the mixed solution B, preserving heat for 2 hours, and controlling the temperature to be below 25 DEG C; step 4, performing vacuum drying on the material generation by reaction of step 3, so as to obtain the finished product of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl) carbodiimide methyl iodide.
