, p. 138 - 141 (2019)
Organic dye-catalyzed visible light induced hydroperfluoroalkylation of unactivated alkenes is described. Hydroperfluoroalkylation proceeds selectively and is applicable for various perfluoroalkyl bromide and alkenes including internal alkenes. The reaction mechanism is discussed, and it is shown that the hydrogen source varies with reaction conditions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently obtaining a fluorinated alkyl compound by the reaction between an olefin and a fluorine-containing bromide. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method in which: an olefin compound represented by formula (1) is irradiated with light, in the presence of a photosensitizer and sodium thiosulfate in a solvent mixture of an organic solvent and water, to react with a fluorine-containing bromide represented by formula (2), thereby producing a fluorine-containing compound represented by formula (3). R2-Br (2). (R1 is an alkyl group or the like; R2 is a fluorinated alkyl group or the like). SELECTED DRAWING: None COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPOandINPIT
11BETA-HALOGEN-7ALPHA-SUBSTITUTED ESTRATRIENES, METOD FOR PRODUCING PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS CONTAINING SAID 11BETA-HALOGEN-7ALPHA- SUBSTITUTED ESTRATRIENES AND USE OF THE SAME FOR PRODUCING MEDICAMENTS

, (2008/06/13)
This invention describes the new 11β-halogen-7α-substituted estratrienes of general formula I in which R11 is a fluorine or chlorine atom, and the other substituents have the meanings that are explained in more detail in the description. The compounds have antiestrogenic properties or tissue-selective estrogenic properties and are suitable for the production of pharmaceutical agents.
