The present invention discloses a liquid phosphorus-containing compound having a structure represented by a formula 1, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are respectively and independently selected from phenyl orOR4, R4 is a C8C15 alkyl group or a group represented by a formula 2, and R5 is a C10C18 alkyl group or an alkenyl group. The preparation process of the compound is simple, the cost is relatively low,and the prepared phosphorus-containing compound is relatively high in purity and yield, excellent in performance, relatively good in stability, excellent in hydrolysis resistance and excellent in aging resistance; meanwhile, when the phosphorus-containing compound prepared by the method is used as an additive for preparing a high polymer material, the ageing resistance of the material can be effectively improved, and particularly, the phosphorus-containing compound has the characteristics of convenience in addition and good dispersity when being used in a liquid polymer material.
