Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 244004-92-0 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 2,4,4,0,0 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 2 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 244004-92:
(8*2)+(7*4)+(6*4)+(5*0)+(4*0)+(3*4)+(2*9)+(1*2)=100
100 % 10 = 0
So 244004-92-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Zinc porphyrin-re(I) bipyridyl-fullerene triad: Synthesis, characterization, and kinetics of the stepwise electron-transfer processes initiated by visible excitation

Cavigli, Paolo,Da Ros, Tatiana,Kahnt, Axel,Gamberoni, Marta,Indelli, Maria Teresa,Iengo, Elisabetta

, p. 280 - 292 (2015)

A new triad system featuring one zinc porphyrin and one fullerene moieties attached to a central redox-active Re(I) connector was obtained in remarkable yield by cleverly exploiting a facile two-step synthesis. Detailed description and discussion on the characterization of this multicomponent system and of its parent free-base analogue are presented, along with a kinetic study of the stepwise electron-transfer processes occurring upon visible excitation.

Systematic synthesis and photochemistry of tetraaryl porphyrins mono-substituted with a transition metal carbonyl: characterisation of a zinc porhyrin-rhenium carbonyl complex

Aspley, Catherine J.,Smith, John R. Lindsay,Perutz, Robin N.

, p. 2269 - 2272 (2007/10/03)

A systematic synthesis designed to connect a metalloporphyrin to a metal carbonyl moiety is demonstrated through a zinc tetraphenyl porphyrin substituted with Re(CO)3(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)Br via an amide bond; the emission and excited state absorption spectra are dominated by porphyrin transitions.
