Description
Monzet is a versatile compound with a wide range of applications across various industries. It is known for its unique properties that make it suitable for different uses, including its ability to interact with biopolymers and macromolecules.
Uses
Used in Pharmaceutical Industry:
Monzet is used as a pharmaceutical agent for its potential therapeutic applications. It is particularly effective in modulating various signaling pathways, making it a promising candidate for the development of new drugs.
Used in Anticancer Applications:
In the field of oncology, Monzet is used as an anticancer agent, targeting solid malignancies such as liver, breast, lung, pancreatic, colorectal, and ovarian cancers. It exhibits inhibitory effects on tumor growth and progression by modulating several oncological signaling pathways, including JAK/STAT, RAS/RAF/mTOR, TGF-β1/TGF-β1R, VEGF/VEGFR, and CXCL12/CXCR4 axes. Additionally, Monzet demonstrates synergistic anticancer effects when combined with conventional chemotherapeutic drugs, enhancing chemo-sensitivity and efficacy in resistant cases.
Used in Drug Delivery Systems:
To overcome the limitations of Monzet, novel drug delivery systems have been developed to enhance its applications and efficacy against cancer cells. Various organic and metallic nanoparticles have been employed as carriers for Monzet delivery, aiming to improve its delivery, bioavailability, and therapeutic outcomes.
Used in Agricultural Industry:
Monzet is used as an organic sulfur fungicide, particularly in fruit crops. It is an effective pesticide component for the treatment of powdery mildew, a common plant disease that affects a wide range of crops.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 2445-07-0 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 2,4,4 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 2445-07:
(6*2)+(5*4)+(4*4)+(3*5)+(2*0)+(1*7)=70
70 % 10 = 0
So 2445-07-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis and characterisation of organoarsenic(III) xanthates and dithiocarbamates. X-ray crystal structures of RAs(S2CNEt2)2, R = Me and Ph
Garje, Shivram S.,Jain, Vimal K.,Tiekink, Edward R.T.
, p. 129 - 134 (1997)
Organoarsenic(III) xanthates and dithiocarbamates of the types [RAs(S∩S)2] and [Me2As(S∩S)] [R = Me, Et, Ph; (S∩S)=S2COEt, S2CNR′2 (R′ = Me, Et)] have been prepared and characterised by arsenic analysis, mass, IR and NMR (1H and 13C) spectral data. Crystal structure determinations for two of the compounds, RAs(S2CNEt2)2 [R = Me or Ph], have also been determined and show that the arsenic atoms exist in pyramidal geometries and that the Lewis acidities of the RAs [R = Me or Ph] centres are comparable.
