Philanthotoxin-433 (PhTX-433), a natural polyamine wasp toxin, is a noncompetitive antagonist of certain ionotropic receptors. Six analogues of PhTX-343 (a synthetic analogue of the natural product), in which the secondary amino groups are systematically
