PROCESS FOR THE CARBONYLATION OF ETHYLENICALLY UNSATURATED COMPOUNDS, NOVEL CARBONYLATION LIGANDS AND CATALYST SYSTEMS INCORPORATING SUCH LIGANDS
-
Page/Page column 18, (2013/02/28)
A novel bidentate ligand of general formula (I) is described together with a process for the carbonylation of ethylenically unsaturated compounds. The group X1 may be defined as a univalent hydrocarbyl radical of up to 30 atoms containing at le
The first insoluble polymer-bound palladium complexes of 2-pyridyldiphenylphosphine: Highly efficient catalysts for the alkoxycarbonylation of terminal alkynes
Doherty, Simon,Knight, Julian G.,Betham, Michael
, p. 88 - 90 (2008/02/06)
Palladium complexes of 2-pyridyldiphenylphosphine anchored on polystyrene, polymethylmethacrylate and styrene-methylmethacrylate copolymer form highly active heterogeneous catalysts for the alkoxycarbonylation of terminal alkynes with activities approaching those obtained under homogeneous conditions. , p. 1889 - 1895 (2007/10/03)
A one-pot synthetic route is presented for convenient preparation of di-2-pyridylphenylphosphine (Py2PPh, 1), di[(2-pyridyl) phenylphosphino]methane (DPyPM, 2), and two new, long-chain polydental pyridylphosphines: di[2-(6-diphenylphosphino)pyridyl]phenylphosphine (P 3N2, 3) and bis[2-(6-diphenylphosphinopyridyl) phenylphosphino]methane (P4N2, 4).
