The invention provides a preparation method for trabectedin and an intermediate of trabectedin. Specifically, the invention provides the trabectedin intermediate, i.e., a compound as shown in a formula I-1 which is described in the specification, and a preparation method thereof. In the formula, P and P are hydroxyl protecting groups; P is an amino protecting group; and R is an alkyl group. The invention also provides the method for preparing trabectedin from the compound with a structure as shown in the formula I-1.
