Difluoromethanimine, F2C=NH, a Nouvel Unstable Molecule
Buerger, Hans,Pawelke, Gottfried
, p. 105 - 106 (1988)
Difluoromethanimine, FC=NH, which is stable only below ca. 260 K has been synthesized by the reaction of F3CNH2 with triethylamine and characterized by 19F n.m.r. spectroscopy, from which all vibrational fundamentals and rotational constants were determined.
Preparation of Difluoromethanimine F2C=NH and F2C=ND by Hydrolyses of CF3NCO
Pawelke, Gottfried,Dammel, Ralph,Poll, Wolfgang
, p. 351 - 357 (2007/10/02)
The title compounds have been prepared by controlled hydrolysis of CF3NCO in NEt3.Their 13C, 19F and 1H NMR spectra are reported and their IR gas and IR matrix spectra are discussed in terms of a normal coordinate analysis. The photoelectron spectrum of F2C=NH is compared with those of F2C=NF and H2C=NH revealing a strong fluoro effect. In the solid state F2C=NH is aggregated to infinite zig-zag chains by N...H hydrogen bonding.
