Usage

General Description

2-{[2,5-diamino-6-(benzylsulfanyl)pyrimidin-4-yl]amino}ethanol, also known as BZM155, is a chemical compound with potential antineoplastic activity. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumor cells by targeting the enzyme dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (DHODH), which is involved in the de novo pyrimidine biosynthesis pathway. 2-{[2,5-diamino-6-(benzylsulfanyl)pyrimidin-4-yl]amino}ethanol has demonstrated promising anti-cancer activity, particularly in the treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
