The invention belongs to the technical field of organic chemistry and in particular relates to a method for synthesizing aryl acetylene alkyl sulfone compounds based on alkyl fluoroborate. The methodfor synthesizing the aryl acetylene alkyl sulfone compounds, which is provided by the invention, comprises the following steps: under a condition of visible light, exciting a photosensitizer 9-symtrimethophenyl-10-methyl acridine perchlorate (Mes-AcrClO4, CAS: 674783-97-2), further enabling the photosensitizer to act on potassium alkyl fluoroborate so as to obtain an alkyl free radical, combining the alkyl free radical with sulfur dioxide to generate an alkyl sulfonyl free radical, and performing addition on the alkyl sulfonyl free radical with aryl acetylene bromide, so as to obtain a series of aryl acetylene alkyl sulfone compounds. The preparation method of the aryl acetylene alkyl sulfone compounds, which is provided by the invention, is mild in condition, simple and efficient, high in reaction yield, high in product purity and very convenient in separation and purification, and has very good application values.
