Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 302919-00-2 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 3,0,2,9,1 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 302919-00:
(8*3)+(7*0)+(6*2)+(5*9)+(4*1)+(3*9)+(2*0)+(1*0)=112
112 % 10 = 2
So 302919-00-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Synthesis of new C60-donor dyads by reaction of pyrazolylhydrazones with [60]fullerene under microwave irradiation

De La Cruz, Pilar,Diaz-Ortiz, Angel,Garcia, Jose J.,Gomez-Escalonilla, Maria J.,De La Hoz, Antonio,Langa, Fernando

, p. 1587 - 1590 (1999)

A facile synthesis of a series of pyrazolo[4',5'][60]fullerenes from pyrazolyl hydrazones under microwave irradiation is described. Evidence of intramolecular charge transfer interaction is shown.

C60-based triads with improved electron-acceptor properties: Pyrazolylpyrazolino[60]fullerenes

Langa,De la Cruz,Espildora,De la Hoz,Bourdelande,Sanchez,Martin

, p. 5033 - 5041 (2007/10/03)

A series of triad pyrazolylpyrazolino[60]fullerenes has been prepared in one pot from suitably functionalized hydrazones by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions under microwave irradiation. The electrochemical properties of the compounds obtained were investigated by cyclic voltammmetry, and they show better electron acceptor character than the parent C60 in all cases. Fluorescence experiments and time-resolved transition spectroscopy indicate the existence of photoinduced chargetransfer processes with the C60 triplet acting as the acceptor.
