The invention aims to provide a quinolinone alkaloid derivative with a 3-site acylhydrazone structure, a preparation method of the quinolinone alkaloid derivative and application of the quinolinone alkaloid derivative in the aspects of plant virus prevention and control, pest killing and sterilization, and belongs to the technical field of pesticides. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 4-oxo-1, 4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid reacts with methyl iodide to generate a methyl ester compound, then the methyl ester compound reacts with hydrazine hydrate to generate a hydrazide compound, and then the hydrazide compound reacts with various aldehydes to generate a compound with the acylhydrazone structure at the 3-site .The quinolinone alkaloid derivative with the acylhydrazone structure at the 3 position shows good plant virus resisting activity, and further has insecticidal activity and bactericidal activity.
