Dialkyl 2-chloro-2-phenylvinyl phosphates were prepared by the reactions of dialkyl hydrogen phosphites with 2,2-dichloroacetophenone in the presence of a base.The reactions go stereospecifically with the formation of E isomers of vinyl phosphates.
