Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 31556-28-2 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 3,1,5,5 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 31556-28:
(7*3)+(6*1)+(5*5)+(4*5)+(3*6)+(2*2)+(1*8)=102
102 % 10 = 2
So 31556-28-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

BASE-MODIFIED RNA FOR INCREASING THE EXPRESSION OF A PROTEIN
-
, (2010/03/31)
The present application describes a base-modified RNA and the use thereof for increasing the expression of a protein and for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition, especially a vaccine, for the treatment of tumours and cancer diseases, heart and circulatory diseases, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases or monogenetic diseases, for example in gene therapy. The present invention further describes an in vitro transcription method, in vitro methods for increasing the expression of a protein using the base-modified RNA, and an in vivo method.

Undine 5′-O-triphosphate (UTP) is a potent agonist of the purinergic receptor designated P2Y2. UTP is rapidly metabolized in human tissue. To find a compound with similar activity that may be more slowly metabolized, a series of 4-substituted uridine 5′-triphosphates were prepared and evaluated in a P2Y2 receptor second messenger assay.
