Bakharev,Gidaspov,Parfenov,Ulyankina,Zavodskaya,Selezneva,Suponitskii,Sheremetev
, p. 99 - 112 (2013/01/15)
Conditions for selective substitution for one chlorine atom in 2-(R,R-amino)-4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazines with a hydroxide ion were elaborated. Spectral and calculation methods showed that the products formed are in the lactam form, i.e., have the structure of 4-chloro-6-(R,R- amino)-1,3,5-triazin-2(1H)-ones.
The Effect of Structure on the Reactivity of Active Triazine Dyes, and Hydrolytic Stability of Their Bonds with Fiber
Weirong, Miao,Minfen, Hou,Samoilova,Gorelik
, p. 1544 - 1546 (2007/10/03)
The kinetics of hydrolysis in the halogen atom of monochloro- and monofluorotriazine active dyes and model compounds were studied, as well as the kinetics of hydrolysis of the covalent bond between the dyes and cellulose fiber, formed as a result of dyeing. Dependences of the reaction rates on the nature of the halogen atom and substituent in the triazine heterocycle are discussed.
Nucleophilic Aromatic Substitution in Heterocycles: Alcoholysis and Hydrolysis of 2-Anilino-4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazines

, p. 2389 - 2394 (2007/10/02)
Kinetics are reported for the alkaline hydrolysis of 2-anilino-4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazines to yield the corresponding mono-hydroxy species. The pseudo-first-order rate constants are independent of general-base concentration and obey the rate law eqn. (i),
