The invention discloses a method for synthesizing polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives. The method comprises the following steps: providing a mixed reaction system containing 2H-aziridine, diketone compounds, a catalyst, an additive and a solvent, enabling the mixed reaction system to react for 4-24 hours at -10-40 DEG C, and catalyzing [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of the 2H-aziridine and the diketone compound through silver to obtain a series of polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives. According to the invention, the [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of 2H-aziridine and the diketone compounds under the catalysis of silver is realized for the first time, and the polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives are successfully constructed in one step; and the method is stable and insensitive to water and air, simple to operate, mild in reaction condition, high in reaction efficiency, high in yield up to 99%, wide in substrate application range, high in atom utilization rate and high in reaction region selectivity and chemical selectivity, and the prepared pyrrole derivatives are novel in structure and has potential application value.
