The invention provides a 2-oxo-indole derivative for treating psoriasis and a preparation method thereof. The 2-oxo-indole derivative for treating the psoriasis has a structure shown as a general formula. The 2-oxo-indole derivative for treating the psoriasis and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the benefits that the novel 2-oxo-indole derivative is synthesized, and the therapeutic activity of the 2-oxo-indole derivative on the psoriasis is discovered; the 2-oxo-indole derivative is simple in synthesis step, mild in synthesis condition, easily-controllable in synthesis process, high in yield and suitable for industrialized production.

Exemplary are: (a) 3-Z-[1-(4-(piperidin-1-yl-methyl)-anilino)-1-phenyl-methylene]-6-ethoxycarbonyl-2-indolinone, (b) 3-Z-[(1-(4-(piperidin-1-yl-methyl)-anilino)-1-phenyl-methylene]-6-carbamoyl-2-indolinone, and (c) 3-Z-[1-(4-(piperidin-1-yl-methyl)-anilino)-1-phenyl-methylene]-6-metboxycarbonyl-2-indolinone.
