Synthesis and characterization of some biological active compounds on the basis of 2-thiophene carboxylic acid with heterocyclic amines

The condensation reaction of 2-thenoil-isothiocyanate with heterocyclic amines, leads to new thioureides. For the new compounds synthesized from the 2-thiophenecarboxylic acid, the optimal reaction conditions to synthesized new thioureides with high purity and better yields we established. The new compounds were characterized by their physical properties (melting point, solubility) and through 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis.
