The invention discloses a 4-arylpyran derivative with the structure shown in general formula (1). The 4-arylpyran derivative shown in the general formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have an anti-tumor effect. The pharmacological activity of the 4-arylpyran derivative shows that 4-arylpyran derivative has good inhibition effects on human liver cancer line BL7402 cells and human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 cells. The compound has good anti-tumor drug development and application prospects.
