The invention provides a method for reducing nitro in a nitrophenyl complex molecule to amino. The method comprises the specific operations: adding a certain amount of nitrophenyl complex molecular compound into an organic solvent, dissolving sodium sulfide and sodium bicarbonate in a certain volume of water, dropwise adding the aqueous solution into the organic solution, and carrying out a heating reaction; monitoring the reaction by TLC; after the reaction ends, cooling the reacted solution to room temperature, carrying out reduced-pressure filtering so as to obtain a filter cake, i.e., the product, wherein shown by HPLC detection, the purity of the product reaches 96% to 98%; layering the filter liquor, and recovering and directly recycling upper-layer organic waste liquid; and treating the wastewater, and recycling the obtained aqueous phase. According to the method, a sodium sulfide and sodium bicarbonate complex reduction system is used, so that the pH value of a reaction solution can be controlled to be smaller than 12, and the reaction conditions are more moderate. In addition, the product is simple to obtain and is obtained through direct filtration, and the product is high in yield and high in purity; and the organic solvent is directly recycled, and the process is safe and reliable.
