The present invention relates to substituted piperidines of general formula wherein A1, A2, R, R1 and R2 are defined as in claim 1, the tautomers, the diastereomers, the enantiomers, the mixtures thereof and the salts thereof, particularly the physiologically acceptable salts thereof with inorganic or organic acids or bases, which have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly CGRP-antagonistic properties, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, their use and processes for preparing them.
