Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 35556-08-2 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 3,5,5,5 and 6 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 35556-08:
(7*3)+(6*5)+(5*5)+(4*5)+(3*6)+(2*0)+(1*8)=122
122 % 10 = 2
So 35556-08-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, (2022/04/06)
The invention relates to an anti-parasitic pharmaceutical composition, which comprises a heteroaromatic ring-like aminoamidine derivative having a structure represented by formula (I): in the formula (I), R is a substituent group containing a heteroaromatic ring, a polycyclic heteroaromatic ring, a polycyclic aromatic ring, biphenyl, styrene, stilbene or diphenyl ether; r1, R2 and R3 are the same or different alkyl groups with the carbon number of 1-5, so that the solubility of the anti-parasitic medicine prepared from the heteroaromatic amino amidine derivative can be improved, the bioavailability is higher, and the curative effect is better.
Amidantel, a potent anthelminthic from a new chemical class

, p. 31 - 32 (2007/10/13)
N-{4-[-amino]-phenyl}-2 methoxyacetamide hydrochloride (amidantel, BAY d 8815) is a new aminophenylamidine with an interesting anthelminthic spectrum. In rodents the compound is active against nematodes, filariae and cestodes. Of special interest is the high efficacy in dogs against hookworms and large roundworms. Amidantel was well tolerated by all animals tested and did not show teratogenic effects.
