3571-37-7 Usage
Uses
Used in Inks, Textiles, and Plastics Industry:
Butyl Rhodamine B is used as a fluorescent dye for enhancing the visibility and color vibrancy in inks, textiles, and plastics, providing a distinctive red fluorescence to these materials.
Used in Research and Diagnostics:
Butyl Rhodamine B is used as a staining agent for staining cells and tissues in research and diagnostics, allowing for both qualitative and quantitative analysis due to its intense red fluorescence.
It is important to handle Butyl Rhodamine B with caution due to its toxic nature and potential to cause irritation to the skin, eyes, and respiratory system. Proper safety measures should be taken to minimize the risk of exposure.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 3571-37-7 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 3,5,7 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 3571-37:
(6*3)+(5*5)+(4*7)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*7)=87
87 % 10 = 7
So 3571-37-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

1H and 13C NMR spectra of commercial rhodamine ester derivatives
Ramos,Vilhena,Santos,Almeida
, p. 475 - 478 (2007/10/03)
Ethyl and methyl esters of commercial rhodamines B, 19, 101 and 110 and propyl and butyl esters of commercial rhodamine B were synthesized and isolated with different counterions (yields 70-98%). The 1H and 13C NMR spectral data for these compounds were fully assigned by a combination of one-and two-dimensional experiments. The Fourier transform IR and UV-visible spectra were also recorded and the main bands were identified. Copyright
