The invention discloses a pyrazol (sulfur) urea compound with herbicidal activity.The pyrazol (sulfur) urea compound has the structural formula (please see the formula in the description), wherein R1 is selected from hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a benzyl group and a phenyl group, R2 is selected from hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxy group, a benzyl group, a phenyl group, halogen and a cyano group, R3 is selected from hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a benzyl group and a phenyl group, X is selected from oxygen and sulfur, and R4 is selected from hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group substituting a 2nd site, 3rd site or 4th site, halogen and a C1-C6 alkoxy group.The pyrazol (sulfur) urea compound is used as herbicide for controlling single-leaf weeds.
