Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 39070-90-1 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 3,9,0,7 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 39070-90:
(7*3)+(6*9)+(5*0)+(4*7)+(3*0)+(2*9)+(1*0)=121
121 % 10 = 1
So 39070-90-1 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Catalytic application of fluorous silica gel in Fries rearrangement

Ghaffarzadeh, Mohammad,Ahmadi, Maryam

, p. 77 - 81 (2014)

Commercially available fluorous silica gel (Fluoro Flash) with no further post-modification was successfully investigated and applied merely as a catalyst in Fries rearrangement of various aryl esters under solvent free conditions in 4 h and optimized temperatures. In addition to good yields and recyclability of the catalyst, toxicity of reaction medium, by-products, and wastes were minimized. Also, low catalyst loading was another advantage of this methodology.

Quinoline and quinazoline derivatives inhibiting platelet-derived growth factor receptor autophosphorylation and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same

, p. 227 - 238 (2007/10/02)

Various aryl-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)-(isoquinolin-1-yl)methane derivatives have been synthesized and tested as antifungal agents. The new imidazoles have been obtained by the action of 1,1'-sulfinyldiimidazole on aryl-(isoquinolin-1-yl)carbinols, which have be
