A series ofanti-chlorpromazine specific antibodies developed by utilizing the novel chlorpromazine derivative disclosed by the invention can be used for preparing various chlorpromazine immunological detectionreagents with high sensitivity, strong specificity and good detection effect. The invention also provides preparation methods and corresponding using methods of three chlorpromazine immunoassay reagents. The three chlorpromazine immunoassay methods provided by the invention are convenient to operate, rapid in detection, accurate in result, high in sensitivity and strong in specificity, and can beused for quantitatively detecting of the content of chlorpromazine in human blood samples. The defects of complex operation, low automation degree and the like of a chlorpromazine detection method inthe prior art are avoided, and clinical individualized reasonable medication can be effectively guided.
