Bicyclo[3.n.1] compound and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a bicyclo[3.n.1] compound and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of organic chemical synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving an acetyenic ketone compound in a solvent, adding a catalyst, carrying out a reaction at 0-120 DEG C for 0.5-40 h, and separating and purifying the obtained reaction product to obtain the bicyclo[3.n.1] compound, wherein a molar ratio of the catalyst to the acetyenic ketone compound is (0.01-1):1, and a volume/mole ratio of the solvent to the acetyenic ketone compound is 1-15 mL : 1 mmol. The preparation method has the advantages of simplicity and fastness in operation, insensitiveness to air and water in the reaction process, realization of small use amount, low price and easy obtaining of the used catalyst, and simplicity in purification.
