Process for the preparation of urea phosphate

The invention discloses a preparation method of urea phosphate, which is implemented by taking an industrial phosphoric acid with a weight concentration of over 75% as a raw material through the steps that the raw material is heated to 90-130 DEG C, then the raw material is sprayed to a vacuum reactor at a controlled speed, wherein quantitative urea particles or molten urea are added into the vacuum reactor in advance, and the vacuum reactor has a stirring function; in the vacuum reactor, the urea and the phosphoric acid react so as to generate urea phosphate; in the process of reaction, a vacuum environment is formed in the reactor, and moisture brought by the phosphoric acid is evaporated by using heat emitted in the generation reaction process of the urea phosphate under a vacuum condition, thereby obtaining a dry granular urea phosphate product. By using the method, high-quality urea phosphate products are obtained. The method completely avoids crystallization mother liquor treatment or crystallization solution vacuum-concentration processes in conventional production technologies. The method has the characteristics of high phosphorus/nitrogen yield, short process flow, simple and convenient manipulation, safety, and the like, and industrialization is easy to realize.
