2-halogenoimidazolium salt catalyzed aza-diels-alder reaction through halogen-bond formation
Takeda, Youhei,Hisakuni, Daichi,Lin, Chun-Hsuan,Minakata, Satoshi
, p. 318 - 321 (2015)
2-Halogenoimidazolium salts are found to catalyze aza-Diels-Alder reaction of aldimines with Danishefsky diene in an efficient manner. Comparative studies and titration experiments support the formation of halogen bonding between imines and catalysts.

, p. 2088 - 2098 (2002)
Four Lewis acidic silver phosphane complexes partnered with [1-closo-CB11H12]- and [1-closo- CB11H6Br6]- have been synthesised and studied by solution NMR and solid-state X-ray d
Bismuth(III) chloride and triflate: New efficient catalysts for the Aza-Diels-Alder reaction
Laurent-Robert,Garrigues,Dubac
, p. 1160 - 1162 (2007/10/03)
Bismuth(III) chloride (1) and triflate (2) are excellent catalysts of hetero Diels-Alder reactions of imines 3-6 with diene 7 or dienophiles 8 and 9. A one-pot procedure with in situ production of imine from the corresponding aldehyde and amine was possib
