Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 4560-68-3 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 4,5,6 and 0 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 8 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 4560-68:
(6*4)+(5*5)+(4*6)+(3*0)+(2*6)+(1*8)=93
93 % 10 = 3
So 4560-68-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Method for preparing improved plasticizer of citric palmitin

-

Paragraph 0024; 0025, (2017/08/27)

The invention discloses a method for preparing an improved plasticizer of citric palmitin. The method comprises the following steps: heating citric acid monohydrate, alcohol, cetearyl alcohol and cyclohexane in reaction kettle to 160-250 DEG C, stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed; adding a catalyst into the reaction kettle, and pumping and filtering the generated reaction mixture in vacuum, and filtering the catalyst; and distilling at reduced pressure, neutralizing, rinsing, dehydrating and drying, decoloring and filtering. According to the method, the non-toxic and wide-sourced plant raw material, citric acid, and the cetearyl alcohol which cannot be volatized at normal temperature, can be easily stored and has no toxicity and large number of carbon atoms are adopted as reaction raw materials, the prepared plasticizer has the advantages of no toxicity, environmental friendliness, good plasticizing performance, migration resistance and low volatility, and the plasticizing efficiency of a traditional citric palmitin plasticizer can be improved.
