According to the invention, the compound can be used as a medical intermediate; the synthesis method comprises the following steps: by taking benzylamine as a raw material, preparing 3-(aminomethyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl) piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester through eight steps of reactions including substitution, substitution, reduction, cyclization, substitution, esterolysis, substitution and amination; and the synthesis method is simple and high in yield.
