Paragraph 0017-0023, (2022/01/05)
The invention relates to a method for synthesizing 1, 2, 4-cyclohexane triformic anhydride through catalytic hydrogenation of trimellitic anhydride in the technical field of chemical production, which comprises the following steps: dissolving trimellitic anhydride in a proper amount of organic solvent to obtain a trimellitic anhydride solution; mixing a trimellitic anhydride solution and a hydrogenation catalyst according to a certain proportion, adding the mixture into a high-pressure kettle, heating to a reaction temperature of 100-300 DEG C, and continuously introducing hydrogen into the high-pressure kettle; keeping the reaction temperature in the high-pressure kettle at 100-300 DEG C, wherein the pressure in the high-pressure kettle is 2.0-5.0 MPa, and performing a catalytic reaction on trimellitic anhydride and hydrogen to generate 1, 2, 4-cyclohexanetriformic anhydride; and after the reaction is completed, filtering and recovering the hydrogenation catalyst, steaming out part of the solvent, and finally recrystallizing to obtain a 1, 2, 4-cyclohexane triformic anhydride solid. The production process is short in time consumption, simple to operate, easy to control and low in cost.
