This invention relates to an amino substituted cyclopentane carboxylic acid alkyl ester derivative preparation method, which comprises: constructing a cyclopentane structure by using a biscarbonyl compound as a raw material, and further carrying out a Curtius reaction and a hydrolysis reaction to prepare the amino substituted cyclopentane carboxylic acid alkyl ester derivative. According to the present invention, the route does not use highly toxic sodium cyanide, and is a safe and environmentally friendly process route suitable for industrialization.
