The processes take place in the absence of added base and in the presence of the precatalytic system Pd(0)-triolefinic macrocycle/1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene. The macrocyclic ligand plays a key role in the recovery of the metal in the form of the initial macrocyclic complex.
