The invention provides a method for preparing 7-ADCA (7-aminodesacetoxycephalosporanic acid). The method comprises the following steps: (a) adding acylase to an aqueous solution of 7-ADCA for pyrolysis, and removing the acylase after pyrolysis to obtain a lysate; (b) decolorizing the lysate to obtain a to-be-crystallized solution; (c) adding peroxide to the to-be-crystallized solution, adding alcohol to the solution, performing crystallization by acid-base neutralization, adjusting pH to an isoelectric point, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain 7-ADCA. Peroxide is added to the to-be-crystallized solution obtained after pyrolysis of 7-ADCA by the acylase and decoloration for pretreatment, the to-be-crystallized solution is crystallized in a water-alcohol mixed phase system, thecontent of the obtained product 7-ADCA is higher than 99.5%, the purity is higher than 99.5%, and the 7-ADCA content of the contained relevant substance delta2 is lower than 0.05%. The method is simple and easy to implement, the existing production process of 7-ADCA is simplified, quality of the 7-ADCA product is improved, and the method has broad industrial application prospect.
