EFFECT OF UREAS ON THE THERMAL STABILITY OF CARBAMATES

Ureas accelerate the decomposition of carbamates in diglyme.The complex formation between carbamate and a urea is the initial stage of thermal decomposition of the carbamate in the presence of the urea.The composition of these complexes was elucidated, and their stability constants and enthalpies of formation were calculated.
