The initiators of the formula(I) can be obtained from reacting lithium diisoalkylamide of the formula (III) and diester compounds of the formula(IV) with trialkylchlorosilicon of the formula(V) STR1 Wherein, R and R' stand for a straight or branched chain of aliphatic hydrocarbons, n is integer of 0-2. STR2 Wherein R is the same as the R in formula(I) STR3 Wherein R and n are the same as the R and n in the formula(I) Wherein R stands for methyl or ethyl group.
