Amino derivatives of triazolo[4,5-b]pyridines having the general formula STR1 are disclosed. The novel compounds are useful as central nervous system depressants and antiinflammatory agents. In addition, the new compounds increase the intracellular concentration of adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate.
