Synthesis of novel phosphorothioates and phosphorodithioates and their differential inhibition of cholinesterases
Kaboudin, Babak,Emadi, Saeed,Hadizadeh, Atefeh
, p. 101 - 105 (2009)
The anticholinesterase activities of newly synthesized phosphorothioates and phosphorodithioates were investigated. The compounds were evaluated for their acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibition potency through IC50/s
Liquid ammonia as a medium in the convenient preparation of ammonium O,O-dialkyl phosphorothioate and ammonium O,O-dialkyl phosphoroselenoate
Mielniczak,Lopusinski
, p. 3659 - 3664 (2001)
Ammonium O,O-dialkyl phosphorothioate and O,O-dialkyl phosphoroselenoate were conveniently synthesized from dialkyl phosphites and elemental sulfur and selenium in liquid ammonia in good yields.
Synthesis of an O,O' -diesters of thiophosphoric acid, an O-ester of thiophosphonic acid, or a thiophosphinic acid
-
, (2008/06/13)
Preparing O,O'-diesters of thiophosphoric acid, O-monoesters of thiophosphonic acid or thiophosphinic acids and their salts, from diesters of phosphorous acid, monoesters of phosphorous acids or phosphinous acids and sulphur in the presence of an aqueous solution of an auxiliary base. The solutions can be used in further syntheses or as extraction agent for cations.
