Novel pyrazolopyridine compound with antitumor activity and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a novel pyrazolopyridine compound. The preparation method comprises the following step: carrying out one-pot synthesis on substituted 5-amino pyrazole derivatives and substituted phenylpropiolic aldehyde in the presence of silver trifluoroacetate and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid serving as catalysts in an oxygen atmosphere to obtain the pyrazolopyridine compounds. According to the preparation method, the adopted raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the preparation method is simple, the steps are short, the yield reaches up to 88%, and a feasible method is provided for industrially preparing the compound. Through pharmacological activity research, the compound has good anti-tumor activity, and possibility is provided for research and development of new drugs.
