PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a pixel for incorporating a threshold voltage correction function and a mobility correction function is sequentially driven line by line. SOLUTION: When a signal line SL is in an initializing potential, a write scanner turns a switching element Tr1 on by supplying a first control signal to a scan line WS, and initializes potentials of a gate G and a source S of a drive transistor Trd. Then, a signal selector switches the signal line SL from the initializing potential to a reference potential and makes a current flow until the drive transistor Trd is cut off, and a voltage between the gate G and the source S, which appears when it is cut off is written in a holding capacitor Cs, and thereby, correction operation of a threshold voltage of the drive transistor is performed. Then, in a time band when the signal line SL is switched from the reference potential to the signal potential, the write scanner turns the switching element Tr1 on by supplying a second control signal to the scan line WS, and writes the signal potential in the holding capacitor Cs.
