Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 60278-80-0 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,0,2,7 and 8 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 8 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 60278-80:
(7*6)+(6*0)+(5*2)+(4*7)+(3*8)+(2*8)+(1*0)=120
120 % 10 = 0
So 60278-80-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
