Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 61347-07-7 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 6,1,3,4 and 7 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 0 and 7 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 61347-07:
(7*6)+(6*1)+(5*3)+(4*4)+(3*7)+(2*0)+(1*7)=107
107 % 10 = 7
So 61347-07-7 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

A series of isoreticular, highly stable, porous zirconium oxide based metal-organic frameworks

Guillerm,Ragon,Dan-Hardi,Devic,Vishnuvarthan,Campo,Vimont,Clet,Yang,Maurin,Ferey,Vittadini,Gross,Serre, Christian

, p. 9267 - 9271 (2012)

Brolly good MOFs: A new series of hydrophobic isoreticular porous Zr oxide dicarboxylate MOFs have been prepared (see picture, Zr blue polyhedra, O red, C black). They have a one-dimensional pore system, a rare combination of Lewis acidity and hydrophobic

Synthesis and characterization of azo aromatic diacyl chlorides

Qiu, Ming Yan,Zhang, Ji Chang,Shi, Wei Yun,Jia, Qing Chao,Niu, Yong Sheng

experimental part, p. 2295 - 2297 (2012/09/22)

A convenient and rapid method for the synthesis of azo aromatic diacyl chlorides has been developed. Eight azo aromatic diacyl chlorides have been synthesized from aromatic nitro acids by using xylene as solvent. Most reaction periods are less than 2 h and the products are obtained in excellent yields with high purity.

CH4 storage and CO2 capture in highly porous zirconium oxide based metal-organic frameworks

Yang, Qingyuan,Guillerm, Vincent,Ragon, Florence,Wiersum, Andrew D.,Llewellyn, Philip L.,Zhong, Chongli,Devic, Thomas,Serre, Christian,Maurin, Guillaume

supporting information, p. 9831 - 9833 (2012/11/13)

A series of porous Zr oxoclusters-based MOFs was computationally explored for their gas storage/capture performances. The highly porous UiO-67(Zr) and UiO-68(Zr) solids show exceptionally high CH4 and CO2 adsorption capacities under operating conditions that make these thermal, water and mechanical resistant materials very promising for physisorption-based processes. The Royal Society of Chemistry 2012.

REDUCIBLE POROUS CRYSTALLINE HYBRID SOLID FOR THE SEPARATION OF MIXTURES OF MOLECULES HAVING DIFFERENT DEGREES AND/OR A DIFFERENT NUMBER OF UNSATURATIONS

-

Page/Page column 26, (2011/08/03)

The present invention relates to reducible porous crystalline solids, constituted of a metal-organic framework (MOF), for the separation of mixtures of molecules having different unsaturation degrees and/or a different number of unsaturations with a selectivity that can be adjusted by controlling the reduction of the MOF. The MOF solids of the present invention, after reduction, have a strong affinity for molecules containing at least one unsaturation. They can be used in various separation processes, especially those relating to hydrocarbons.

ORGANIC/INORGANIC HYBRID NANOPARTICULATES MADE FROM IRON CARBOXYLATES

-

Page/Page column 21, (2010/08/22)

The invention relates to nanoparticles made from organometallic hybrid materials made from iron carboxylates, used for example as contrast agents. The particles can also be used for the encapsulation and vectoring of molecules of interest such as active3 pharmaceutical agents, cosmetically interesting compounds and markers. Apart from the intrinsic properties thereof for imaging, said nanoparticles give good results in terms of capacity for loading with medicaments and in biocompatibility.

Synthesis of azo aromatic diacyl chlorides from nitro aromatic acids

Xiong, Chuan-Xi,Niu, Yong-Sheng,Zhou, Wei,Dong, Li-Jie

, p. 139 - 140 (2007/10/03)

The synthesis of azo aromatic diacyl chlorides using glucose as the reductant of nitro aromatic acids is reported.
