The invention discloses a compound for inhibiting PCa cell metastasis and an application of the compound. The structural formula of the compound is shown in the specification, wherein X is NH or S, R1is selected from lower branched chain alkyl, R2 is selected from lower alkyl or H, R3 is selected from lower alkyl, R4 is selected from lower alkyl or -NRyRw, Ry and Rw are respectively selected fromlower alkyl, or Ry and Rw form a 4-8 ring, and the ring contains 0-3 O, N, S, Cl and F substituents. A CCK8 method is used for detecting the proliferation inhibition effect of each compound on PC3 cells, and results show that the compounds have no obvious killing effect on cell viability, further tumor cell migration experiments prove that the compound can be used for inhibiting migration of prostate cancer cells.
