The present invention relates to a monomeric compound of formula (I), wherein the variables are as defined in the specification. The monomer is rapidly synthesized with a high yield through a click chemical reaction between mercaptan and olefin. Moreover, a basically perfluorinated alkane chain is introduced into the oxa-cycloalkane monomer by virtue of a connecting group containing a norbornane structure part, so that the photo-cured film obtained by photo-curing the obtained monomer cation is high in surface hardness, low in surface energy, excellent in hydrophobic and oleophobic properties,and particularly very good in oil stain resistance. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the monomer, a polymer obtained by ring-opening polymerization of the monomer, a photo-curable composition containing the monomer and a photo-curable material obtained by photo-curing of the photo-curable composition.
